Warsaw Meetup
Five days in Warsaw. Members bring guests they would vouch for — you do not have to be in the club to come.
Two very different things, on purpose. One is the family only, for a long time. The other is a weekend hosted by a member, and you do not have to be one to show up.
One to two weeks in one house, one city, one crew. No stages, no badges, no sponsors. Just the family, working in the same room, eating at the same table, and leaving with things that do not happen over video.
A long weekend in a city where enough members already live. Any member can host one. Everybody inside a 800km flight radius gets told, and members can bring a guest they would vouch for.

Two weeks in Seoul, one house, the whole family. Two working blocks a day, one long table every night, nothing on camera.
One very long table, then whatever happens after.
The winter fixture, stateside. The exact city gets chosen by the room at the Seoul summit.
A single working day with a hard stop at 6pm and dinner after. Laptops open, phones away.
Everyone brings one metric they cannot fix and the room takes a swing at it.
Two weeks somewhere in Europe. Decided by whoever is in the room in February.
